We represent a squad from the 5th Kompanie of the 38th regt. We operate primarily as a light infantry squad or a headquarters section with pack radio's. We have a couple of members who are fluent in german and we perform our drill in german as well. We are also able to represent german paratroopers in either luftwffer or SS uniforms. Our unit belongs to the Arizona Historical Group. |

We are a group of ww2 enthusiast's and collectors who wish to portray combat on the european battlefields of world war 2 through reenactments and living history displays. Our group operates primarily in Arizona and neighboring states with members coming from Arizona, Utah and New Mexico. Uniform requirements: (we have 15 basic items that you must acquire to participate, these 15 items are graded on a 1-10 point basis. When you have achieved a minimum of 85% of this point total you are eligible to wear the SA sports badge in bronze) 1. helmet (no spanish helmets allowed) 2. tunic (no east german allowed, recommended suppliers are "atf, lost battallions, 1944 or gmax") 3. service shirt 4. trousers (converted swedish are exceptable, they will however not get you any points towards the badge) 5. y-straps 6. belt 7. buckle 8. ammo pouches (appropriate to the weapon) 9. bread bag(original or early bgs bags only) 10. canteen 11. bayonet and frog 12. etool and carrier 13. low boots (only proper repro's or suisse mtn boots are exeptable) 14. gemashen(original or repro's only) 15. smock type 1 or 2 |
Recommended Suppliers: 1. At the Front (I personally have speant at least 2 thousand dollars here and have had no problems, great guys) 2. Lost Battallions (a little on the slow side, but good stuff) 3. 1944 (no dealings, looks good on his page though) 4.
